Abe is just so much fun these days and his personality is really staring to shine. He tells you exactly what he wants when he wants it: "Im wanta eat,"Im wanta go night night", "Im wanta play" and "Im wanta go outside". I read the other day that 20month olds learn 10 new words per day and I just might have to agree. "No" has been the word of 2008 but he has recently learned to nod his head "yes" which to me is a huge milestone. Abe has great manners in terms of saying please (peas) and thank you (tankchu). He even says please in lieu of help. I often hear him in the next room yelling peas... and find him in some predicament in need of mamas help. We have also been working on saying "yes ma'am" and "no ma'am". But he just does not get it:Me: "Abe say no ma'am to mama"
Abe: "tankchu"
Me: "No say no ma'am"
Abe: "tanktchu"
Me: "Okay thankch it is"
