D-NOW

This weekend we hosted 5 high school boys and a student leader from the University of Memphis for a Disciple Now Weekend. One of the guys that stayed at our house got saved Friday night. God is so good! They were a great group of boys. TW and I spent most of the weekend reminiscing about when we were seniors in high school. We thought we had it figured out at 18. Man, were we wrong. Abe and I did not get to participate in the weekends festivities. We got to church Friday night at 6:00 for dinner and Abe got sick as I was taking him out of the car seat. I thought it was just a fluke thing, so I took him inside and changed his clothes. A few minutes later he starting getting sick everywhere. TW stayed for the program and Abe and I went home. I was up with him most of the night but we had entertainment because the boys stayed up and played Wii.

Abe is a quick study! He watched the guys play Wii while be was eating breakfast. They went up stairs for Bible Study and Abe got the control and started swinging it at the TV.

Looks like he is feeling better! Its amazing how fast sickness come upon the them and how fast they bounce back.
