New Hobbie

Well I have heard it said that every other generation sews. So I started sewing a few weeks ago. My grandmother is very proud. I am taking a class were the teacher helps you along with your project. I completed my 1st project and Abe wore it to Church yesterday (pictured below). It turned out pretty cute. Overall, I really enjoy sewing. I have so many projects in my head that I don't even know were to start next. But I can't for the life of me read at pattern. It takes me longer to figure out the pattern than it does to sew the outfit.

The Week of Words

Abe is going to be a talker like his mama but he is way ahead of me because I did not talk until I was 2. His favorite words are: no (of course), ball, shoe, awe (ouch), book, nana (banana), mama, daddy, night night, bite, juice and maw. Yesterday he started putting two words together. He stepped out of his shoe and said "oh no". Today he saw TW's flip flops and said "daddy shoe". Just now he said "no bite" while eating. It is just so much fun.

Mr. Independent feeding himself. He does a really good job.

One thing he stared this week is if he gets hungry he helps himself. He knows right were we keep his snacks.

Abe and Coco playing this afternoon.

They are the same age only 3 weeks apart and check out the size difference. Abe is in the 5% and Coco is in the 95% for height and weight of all babies their age.

Bull Frog

Oh My! The Jones Family took a skip day and went frog hunting by our house. Bentley, Macauley, and Jessica first showed up with a bucket of tadpolls. Then to everyones disbelief Bentley caught the biggest bullfrog I have ever seen.

100's of tadpoles

Abe LOVES Macauley

WOW
Bentley with the catch of the day.

No animals were harmed during family adventure.

1st Boo Boo

Today Abe got his first booboo. He scraped his knee and forehead in just one fall on the concrete. He was reaching down to get a tennis ball and toppled over. Here are some pics.

Breckenridge - Ski Trip

Here are a few more pictures from the ski trip. We had a great time. I think Abe had the most fun of all. Please keep Terry Wayne in your prayers are his shoulder heals. He is unable to do a lot of day to day activities.
